Portal for electronic communication (PEC)
The portal for electronic communication is an on-line system for electronic exchange of documents with the Customs Administration of North Macedonia. The system enables the external users to submit various types of requests in electronic form to the Customs Adminsitration, as well as to track the status of submitted requests. This method of electronic exchange of documents increases the efficiency of the Customs Administration’s and the business sector in North Macedonia, thus saving time and money.
Electronic communication with the Customs Administration takes place by electronic submission of validated or scanned documents using the PEC system, with possibility to download the documents signed by the Customs Administration intended for external users.
To be able to electronically communicate with the Customs Administration, the user needs to be registered in PEC.
