Small wine producers for commercial purposes - a small winery 

Small wine producer for commercial purposes - a small winery shall meet the requirements for production and trade in wine with a total annual production of wine not exceeding 100,000 liters.

 Prior to start of wine production, small wine producer for commercial purposes shall be obliged to submit an application to the competent customs authority for an authorization for small producer of wine for commercial purposes in the computer system of the Customs Administration CDEPS, pursuant the Rulebook on the manner of excise taxation of alcohol and alcoholic beverages and tobacco products.

The application for an authorization shall be submitted in the CDEPS in the following link:

 In case of export of wine produced by small producer of wine for commercial purposes, upon submitted application, the competent customs authority shall allow submitting electronic admninistrative document pursuant the provisions regulating the movement of excise goods under excise suspension procedure.

 Small producer of wine for commercial purposes shall be obliged to notify the competent customs authority and submit data on export of wine under excise suspension procedure seven days prior to the sending at the latest.

The small wine producer for commercial purposes shall not submit a guarantee for securing the excise debt, except in cases of failure to fulfill the obligations arising from the granted authorisation for small producer of wine for commercial purposes, at the request of the competent customs authority.
