Today, Customs Director General, Mr. Sugareski visited the border crossing point Blace, where he had the opportunity to meet with the Heads of the Customs House Skopje and customs office Blace and customs officers of the Customs Office Blace.
 
 
The Director General used was informed about the first day since the introduction of the new measures movement prohibition in the period from 10 pm to 5 am) adopted by the Government of the Republic of North Macedonia to deal with the coronavirus and to express support to customs officers who in difficult conditions, showed extremely high level of commitment and professionalism.
 
During the working visit, the Head of the Customs House Skopje and the Head of the Customs Office Blace informed the Director about the current activities and capacities of this border crossing, which is also one of the most frequent border crossings.
 
Director General Sugareski emphasized his commitment to the fight against crime and corruption, a point that is high on the priority list of the Government of the Republic of North Macedonia, stressing that the human factor is key in undertaking and implementing effective anti-corruption measures.
