Goran Sugareski, MSc.

Bachelor of Law and Master of Political Science

In the period 2000-2003 Sugareski was member of the Council of the Municipality of Prilep and later worked as communal inspector until 2008.

From 2008 to 2016 he was a member of the Parliamnet of the Republic of Macedonia. In his political mandate, Sugareski was member of the parliamentary delegation for cooperation with NATO, Commissions on Election and Appointment Issues, Defence and Security and the Legislative Committee and deputy-member of the Commission on Agriculture, Forestry and Water Supply.

From 2015 to 2016 he was coordinator of the parliamentary group of SDSM in the Parliament of the Republic of Macedonia, and previously deputy coordinator of the parliamentary group.

From 2017 to 2020 he was Minister of Transport and Communications.

Since 2021 he is Director General of the Customs Administration of the Republic of North Macedonia.
