The Customs Administration constantly improves its internal operational processes to protect the financial interests of the Republic of Macedonia, facilitate the international trade with further modernization of the customs operations and to simplify the customs procedures, to maintain and promote competitive economic environment, and to implement the economic policies of the Government of the Republic of Macedonia.

 

 

After the certification of achievement of the requirements by the Certification body MKD Certificate, the Customs Administration acquired the certificate ISO 9001: 2015.

In 2013, the Customs Administration acquired the ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Management Certificate. The Customs Administration's commitment to quality services over the years has led to the improvement of the processes and procedures that resulted in obtaining the international standard ISO 9001: 2015.

Having a Quality Management System Certificate means recognition that all processes and procedures implemented at the Customs Administration, as well as the services rendered  are in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001: 2015 standard and aim for continuous improvement This is yet another confirmation for the successful operation of the Customs Administration.
